Guarantee on the Market

The quality guarantee applies if you can confirm that the proxy is blacklisted in Pixelscan and that this directly affected your workflow or use case.

We work closely with our customers and want to take responsibility for the quality of the proxies we provide.

To submit a request, please provide:

• a screenshot from Pixelscan
• the proxy IP
• a short explanation of what issue occurred and in what situation the proxy did not work

This helps our team review and validate the case faster.

Please contact our support team through the dashboard or website chat, the support window is located in the bottom-right corner.

Requests are usually reviewed within a few hours during business hours.

The quality guarantee applies to all plans starting from 2 GB, except custom plans.

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll credit $1 worth of traffic (~250 MB) to your account for each affected proxy.

The quality guarantee applies to:

• Residential proxies
• Mobile proxies
• ISP proxies

Supported plans:

• Pay-as-you-go
• Ежемесячная оплата

For ISP proxies, the guarantee applies to plans billed per IP.

The quality guarantee is not available on trial plans or custom plans.
