The quality guarantee applies if you can confirm that a Nodemaven proxy is blacklisted in Pixelscan and that it directly affected your workflow or use case.

You can claim $1 worth of traffic per affected proxy, with total compensation capped at up to 20% of your usage within 1 month.

In some cases, our support team may ask for additional confirmation that:

• the proxy IP came from the Nodemaven pool
• the IP was recently assigned as part of your most recent traffic purchase

We work closely with our customers and want to take responsibility for the quality of the proxies we provide.

To submit a request, please provide:

• a screenshot from Pixelscan
• the proxy IP
• a short explanation of the issue and the situation in which the proxy did not work

This helps our team review and validate the case faster.
In some cases, our team may also ask for a screenshot from your antidetect browser showing the proxy string.

Requests are usually reviewed within a few hours during business hours.

The quality guarantee applies to all plans starting from 2 GB, except custom plans.

The exact amount of traffic credited for each approved case is calculated based on your most recent traffic purchase.

Supported plans:

For ISP прокси, the guarantee applies to plans billed per IP.

The quality guarantee is not available on trial plans or custom plans.

To submit a request, you’ll need to provide a Pixelscan screenshot showing the proxy IP.

Our team may also perform additional internal checks to confirm that the reported IP address was part of the Nodemaven proxy pool and was assigned to your account.

In some cases, we may ask for extra context or supporting screenshots to complete the verification.

The amount of traffic credited for each approved proxy is based on the price per GB from your most recent traffic purchase.

This means the exact traffic amount may vary depending on the plan or package you last bought.
